Meet Larinda, Jen, Chris & Keven
What started as a sailing adventure turned into a business venture for two couples: Larinda and Chris Reese, and Jen Metzler and Keven Martinez. Their journey began 15 years ago when Larinda and Jen met while working together at Casper Obstetrics & Gynecology. Their bond quickly grew into a close friendship. Larinda and Chris were already married, and they introduced Jen to Keven, forming the perfect foundation for a partnership that would soon extend beyond personal connections to business.
In 2022, while on a sailing trip, the four friends started talking about a lab and drug testing business that was for sale in Casper, and the idea of taking a leap and buying it together sparked. The adventure was the perfect inspiration, and thus, Broad Reach Health & Wellness was born. The name reflects their shared love for sailing and the idea of navigating uncharted waters—both literally and figuratively.
Building on their initial success, the couples expanded their vision in 2024 by opening Anchor Point Health Solutions. They had already purchased the adjacent space to Broad Reach and had plans to further develop their business, but weren’t sure exactly what that would be.
Today, the new venture focuses on providing healthcare solutions that prioritize wellness and accessibility. From sailing adventures to opening businesses together, these two couples are proving that the best partnerships are built on trust, friendship and a shared vision for making a positive impact.

Larinda Reese, FNP
Larinda is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in women's health with 20 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career in 2006 as a hospital nurse, soon joining Casper Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she worked as Dr. Susan Sheridan’s nurse until earning her master's degree in 2016. She became a provider at the clinic, where she remains full-time today (to her patients, don’t worry!).
Larinda is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, from OB/GYN care to helping teenagers and managing weight and hormonal issues. Her interest in peptides grew as she sought solutions to help patients navigate the challenges of weight management and medication. She understands the complexities of insurance and works tirelessly to ensure patients get the care they need. Larinda is excited to offer an affordable option for managing health at Anchor Point Health Solutions.
Born and raised in Casper, Larinda is a proud mother of two boys and has been happily married to Chris since 2003. Though no one in her family was in healthcare, Larinda knew from a young age that this was her path. After losing her grandmother to a brain aneurysm at 13, she became determined to pursue a career in healthcare, initially considering medical school. Her desire to make a difference led her to nursing and ultimately, to becoming a nurse practitioner.
Larinda is committed to providing compassionate care and guidance for her patients at every stage of their health journey.
Jen Metzler
Jen Metzler’s journey in healthcare began at just 17 years old when she became a medical assistant. At 18, she started working at the hospital, where she gained invaluable experience and honed her passion for helping others.
In 2012, Jen’s path took a turn when she met Larinda at Casper Obstetrics & Gynecology. They met when Jen was pregnant with one of her children and Larinda recognized Jen’s talent and recruited her to join the team. Over the next 10 years, Jen worked alongside Larinda at Casper OBGYN, building a strong professional relationship and more importantly, a lasting friendship. Their partnership would become the foundation for future business ventures, as they decided to take their passion for helping others beyond the walls of the clinic.
Jen left the clinic and transitioned into healthcare sales, a role that expanded her expertise and knowledge in the healthcare industry.
Now, Jen and Larinda are not only best friends but also business partners. Together, they’ve combined their extensive medical experience and their desire to provide innovative healthcare solutions to the community.
Outside of her professional life, Jen is a proud mother of two teenage girls. Balancing the demands of motherhood, business and her passion for health and wellness, Jen continues to inspire those around her with her dedication, kindness and drive to create better opportunities for others.Whether in the clinic, in business, or at home, she’s committed to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
